Well, what do ya know....I am transformed into Petunia Bagman. How funny can that be. The nickname my bestfriend gave me in highschool was Petunia....we won't discuss the story behind the name. It just goes to show that life does go around in circles. "Around the world and back, snap" WOW ! now that's a throwback to the 80's......(for all of you "In Living Color" fans)

Hogwart's Sock Swap

I just signed up for the Hogwart's Sock Swap. It sounds like loads of fun. All of you Harry Potter fans should check it out. You have to get sorted into a house first. I'm in Gryffindor....yea!! Same house as the Weasley's, Hermione, and Harry himself....How cool is this.

Happy Birthday Gidget

Happy Birthday! Gidget is now 6 years old. Boy she's getting up there. 6 X 7 = 42...She still knows how to pose for the camera and be a snob. She thinks she is the Queen of the house. That's okay.....

April Fools or Flash Your Stash Day

Happy April Fools.....
Well I am flashing my stash....this is pretty much what is left of my stash since destashing last month. Mostly sock yarn and Cascade 220.....I do have more yarn in other parts of the house but this is what I plan on using up first.



Here are some more of my stitch markers that I have made. Of course they are in pink and pearl....Totally phoo phoo me....



I started the Tidal Wave socks with the Tofutsie's. This yarn is so soft and feels so good while knitting up.



I have had a wonderful long 3 day weekend. Friday I went shopping with my best friend Janet. Looking for a wedding dress for her. Last night Michael and I spent the evening attending a "Bond" party with his family, we watched "Casino Royale". It was a hoot ! Then I knitted all day today and watched more DVD's. "Swordfish" with John Travolta, "A Patch of Blue" with Sydney Poitier and last but not least "Pursuit of Happyness" with Will Smith. Now to get ready for another long work week. Hi ho, hi ho....

Hopefully, it will be a warm and dry week.....
